MARCIE KOWALSKI
Veteran. Dog Mom. And incredibly passionate about making others look and feel good. Marcie trained at The Paul Mitchell School and then educated as a trainer/artist with several color brands. Look to Marcie for dimensional color services, stunning redheads, beach blonde babe realness as well as balayage and vivid colors.
Marcie also has a love for men’s grooming services, whether that’s a skin fade or gray blending color service or a great beard. She can help you look and feel your best.
Just like many of her clients, Marcie enjoys a variety of things from photography, the outdoors, furniture, cooking and enjoys living life to the fullest.

AVERY GRIGGS
Avery has a passion for all things hair. Born and raised in Mebane, she’s a local guide extraordinaire with a pulse on local happenings. Avery excels in haircuts but is also a wizard with brunettes and lived in color.
She loves sushi, dogs and prefers the mountains over the beach.

ZOE SMITH
Zoe personifies all things artistic and creative. She’s a graduate of Leon’s Beauty School. She leaps with a positive attitude and is a ray of sunshine in the Shop. Zoe loves bespoke hair color and cuts.
In her free time she can be found painting, drawng, writing or playing her bass guitar. She loves cats, coffee and all things music.
ASSISTANT
SEAN ANGEL
Our salon Assistant extraordinaire! Sean primarily assists Marcie during her client services. Sean can be found shampooing, doing blowouts and styling as well as assisting throughout the salon.
Sean is currently a cosmetology student at ACC in Burlington and will be joining the Stylist team in 2026 upon completion of their licensing hours.
STYLIST
RYLIE BUTLER
Rylie is our blond bombshell! She specializes in blonding and color corrections, with plans to add extensions to her repertoire soon.
Outside of work, Rylie enjoys spending time at home with her boyfriend and their puppies or getting out of the house and adventure seeking.
